Over the next few Sundays, First Church is collecting back-to-school supplies for Lowell Elementary School which is part of the Seattle Public School System. You’re encouraged to bring in items and leave them in the Narthex. All typical school supplies are welcomed, here are a few specific requests from the school:
- Pre-sharpened pencils
- Glue sticks
- Construction paper
- Watercolors
- Baby wipes
- “Girl/female” color/themed backpacks
- Individually wrapped snacks (like crackers, popcorn, granola bars, meat sticks – no pork, no peanuts)
