A robust spirituality is an essential component of mental, physical, and emotional health. Where better to learn than First Church, where you already know we hold your spirituality as a priority, and we don’t invite in bad theology, “gotcha marketing,” or dumb stuff. Our 90-day Immersive Spirituality Cohort will put into practice three ancient practices of spiritual growth with contemporary adaptions accessible to all ages and abilities.
Our first cohort is launching in 2023. The New Year marks a great opportunity to commit to transformation this year: to move from where you are now to where you want to be.

Our 2023 Immersive Spirituality Cohort begins on Saturday, January 14th, 9am-12pm: Kickoff Retreat at First Church. When you join in this cohort, you will receive:
- A Green Binder with personal and communal study materials
- Weekly or biweekly small-group gatherings with other participants, in-person or online
- Three arcs of experiences offer spiritual direction through three ancient practices in contemporary forms.
- 1to1 time with pastoral conversations to personalize your experience.
- A shared “cohort” energy of people all on the journey together.
- Celebration luncheon with cohort members on Sunday, April 16th to mark the end of the 90 days.
