Sundays, 10:40 – 11:20 am
At First Church, we invite children and youth each week to Sunday school. Families attend worship together, and students leave after our gathering time, at approximately 10:40 am. We have two age groups, preschool through elementary and middle and high school students.
The emphasis of the First Church Children and Youth Ministry is to develop informed Christians with a social conscience. Through Bible study and service, our children and youth develop a knowledge of the Bible and compassion for the oppressed. We select and design lessons and activities to support our ministry goal.
Students rejoin their families in worship for Holy Communion at approximately 11:20.
