On the garage side, six of eight parking half-levels have now been poured. Framing is in place for the seventh half-level, which will be poured by August 5. The final half-level will be poured on about August 14. This means both buildings will essentially be topped off to their final height in just a couple of weeks.

On the church building, we'll soon see scaffolding rise around the building, which will allow application of the sheathing, vapor barriers, brick and titanium siding. The roofing is underway now, as are mechanical, electrical and plumbing on the first and second floors. The beautiful words and artwork we added on our recent tour have now been covered over with rigid insulation and metal framing.

The conduit for the electrical service has been laid and backfilling has begun in the alleyway between the two buildings. A mock-up of the exterior surfaces has been created that shows how the brick and titanium fit together.
