We believe that God invites everyone to be a part of the body of Christ. At First Church, worship invites us to experience both the unconditional love of God and the on-going challenge to be God's people in the world. Vibrant traditional and contemporary music, excellent preaching, the creative arts and celebration of the sacraments- are all hallmarks of worship at First Church.
Join us for worship at 9:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. every Sunday, starting February 7.

Sunday School for Youth & Adults

Adults
Adults of all ages are encouraged to join the adult education class on Sunday mornings from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in the third floor classrooms. This group hosts various speakers and teachers throughout the year, with topics ranging from theology & ecology to sexuality in the Bible to seasonal traditions and book studies. All are welcome!
Youth
First Church is committed to helping youth become disciples as they grow in their knowledge and love of God and begin to discern their vocation in the world. Sunday school classes for youth take place each Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the third floor classrooms.

Children's Sunday School
 |
Children ages four years through elementary school can join their peers in Sunday School from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. During the 11:00 service, children worship with their families for the beginning of the service and are invited out for Children's Church partway through the service. Using the Rock Solid! curriculum, our experienced teachers help children learn the stories of the Bible and apply its teachings to their own developing lives of faith. |
Nursery
 |
Children ages three and younger are cared for by experienced caregivers in our nursery, which is right around the corner from our sanctuary, and is available during both worship services. Special curriculum will help toddlers learn the basics of faith as they develop healthy relationships with caregivers and their peers in a safe, nurturing environment. |
Sermons
At First Church, we believe preaching should be relate to the experiences of the 21st Century. Check out our sermons to hear messages relevant to the issues we face in our everyday lives.
Childcare
We provide childcare during our Sunday morning worship services in a safe, fun and nurturing environment. Here, many of our youngsters learn they are a beloved child of God and begin to enjoy being in Christian community.
