Ministries with Young People
At First Church, our hope is that this is a place where your kids feel loved and accepted for who God created them to be and inspired to be the light in the darkness!
Sunday, September 22 is Rally Sunday! This day is the first day of children and adult education for the new school year at the 9am hour. Parents and kids of all ages are invited to join us for a special kick-off celebration in rooms 303 & 304 on the 3rd Floor. We also have an exciting Ministry Fair planned in the Fellowship Hall from 10-10:30am and following the 10:30am service.
Our Main Worship service begins at 10:30am. Before the sermon begins, children will be invited upstairs to participate in the First Inspirations Choir. Patrick Ferguson and Julie Sullenszino will be working with the group in Room 301. They will be sent back into the worship service to join their family in time for the last hymn and Communion. We will no longer have a separate Children’s Enrichment Time. Kids of all ages are encouraged to join the choir!
